Late Dr. (Col) K L Chopra
His vision has been mainly
responsible for establishing the Heart Care Foundation
of India and IJCP Group of Publications. Dr. Chopra
was an outstanding cardiologist who achieved international
fame for his distinguished services in the medical
profession. A pious, simple, dedicated, god fearing
human being, the Col. embodied ancient Indian wisdom
and thought which lend a special aura, charm and
completeness to his persona.
He had the distinction of working at National
Heart Hospital, London and has also served the Indian Army
Medical Corps and rose to the position of Professor
of Medicine and Chief of Cardiology in Armed Forces
Medical College, Pune.
