General Subscription Terms

Payment Terms : Cheque
should be drawn favoring 'IJCP Publications Pvt. Ltd.'.
IJCP Publications will not be responsible for any cash transactions.
Ordering
Information: All subscriptions are on 12 months basis and
must be prepaid. Orders should include the periodical title.
Prior year subscriptions, when available, will be charged
at current year prices.
Renewal
Notices: Renewal orders can be processed much more promptly if the subscriber mentions receipt numbers /reference number in the correspondence. To expedite service, please include name and complete address of your institution (including state). Specify the periodical
title and subscription price for each journal ordered.
Claims/
Shipping Time/ Airmail: Claims for missing issues are honoured (as per availability) following the date of publication. Only issues that have been lost or damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge. Overseas subscribers should allow 90 days for surface-mail delivery of issues. Airmail rates are available upon request and will be charged as per actuals.
Change
of Address: Please notify us well in advance regarding change in address, Please mention both the old and the new address. IJCP cannot forward
issues returned by the post office without written
notice of the new address from the subscriber.
Complaints-Non receipt of issues should be brought to IJCP'S knowledge at the earliest.It may not be possible to supply backdated issues.For queries /suggestions/complaints please write to us at subscribe@ijcp.com
