As an Inside Sales Executive at IJCP Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by effectively engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our suite of services. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach.
· Conduct cold calling and other proactive methods to initiate conversations with prospective clients.
· Nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and drive repeat business.
· Crafting and sending emails to reach out to new contacts using tools e.g. Klenty, Lemlist, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Outreach.io.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a related role.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to understand client needs and articulate solutions effectively.
· Proficient in MS Office suite.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
