Client Servicing Manager

Role Overview: As a Client Servicing Manager at IJCP, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating them to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and challenges.

· Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

· Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.

· Monitor client satisfaction and engagement, proactively addressing any issues or concerns to enhance the overall client experience.

· Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.

· Prepare regular reports and presentations on client performance and satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in the digital agency experience.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
