- Talking Point Communications is a consumer-oriented section of IJCP Group that establishes a link between the brand and target audience and assists in brand building. 

- Red Comet Films aims to create eccentric, exciting, and thought-provoking short videos for the general public.

Designation: The designation is open for discussion. We are seeking a Business Development Professional to play a pivotal role in involving end-to-end business development, strategic planning, etc.

 

Key Responsibilities (Generic) :
 

Business Growth & Revenue Generation:

  • Drive revenue by expanding existing relationships and acquiring new clients in the life sciences and healthcare sector.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities across medical communications, strategic content, digital engagement, and HCP education.


Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring strong partnerships through solution-oriented engagement.

  • Proactively manage client expectations, deliver value, and drive customer satisfaction.


Strategic Sales & Account Management:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and customized business pitches.

  • Manage end-to-end proposal development and RFP responses.
  • Grow key accounts with a focus on cross-selling and upselling strategic offerings.
     

Innovation & Value Creation:
Continuously explore ways to enhance our service offerings by understanding evolving client needs.

  • Propose creative, customized solutions that align with client objectives and industry trends.
     

Market Intelligence & Positioning:
Monitor developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape to identify emerging opportunities and threats.

  • Support brand positioning efforts and represent IJCP at key industry forums and events.
     

Operational Excellence:
Ensure accurate and timely updates of CRM systems and documentation related to leads, opportunities, and proposals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are aligned with expectation

 

Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to adapt to evolving market dynamics and industry changes.

Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools.

Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
