SEO Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented SEO Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our website’s visibility and ranking on search engines. This role requires a proactive individual with a solid understanding of SEO best practices, analytical skills, and the ability to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and traffic.

· Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for content optimization.

· Perform regular SEO audits to identify and address technical issues affecting website performance.

· Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and images, for better search engine ranking.

· Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure strategies are effective.

· Collaborate with content creators, developers, and other teams to implement SEO-friendly changes.

· Generate regular reports on SEO performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

· 2 to 4 years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns.

· Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present SEO insights and strategies to stakeholders.
